We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.

We do not accept change of mind returns for sale items.

Mon Coco proudly ships worldwide. 

All orders are shipped with Australia Post.  

Once your order has been dispatched you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be issued. Your order can be tracked via the Australia Post.

We will not be held liable for late, lost or damaged items once they have left our premises. If in the event something like this occurs please follow up directly with Australia Post. 

International

It is your responsibility to pay any import taxes or duties that may be incurred when your parcel arrives to your country. We take no responsibility for any charges or delays that may occur.
